made for an inside-evening picnic with my friends- the nice sociable ones that my parents know and like. no picnic theme here. a few songs for people, some stuff i like lots, songs i want lowri to hear...the usual. this night could be one of those group functions that ends in tears. i'm a little worried. oh well, the tape will help, right?? title from a gav comment on "audiophobica" i was in the supermarket the other stocking up on m&m's, nutella, apples and OJ (i AM trying to prepare for exams here...) and i heard the WORST cover of say a little prayer. it was really disconcerting. that's kind of why i put say a little prayer here. also, that "let's do it" song is pretty awful, but entertaining, and a good conversation starter. a very amusing story goes with that song which we'll save for another time... oh, and two lucksmiths tracks because i think you'll find that's about the only band that i can guarantee all my friends like.
