This one dates back a few years; I've been meaning to update it and add some cover art, but, until I get around to it, here you go... It's actually a tough type of mix to make: You want something that will help you drift off to sleep (and I can verify that I have rarely lasted through this entire disc) while being varied enough to be interesting and entertaining in the event that you don't fall asleep and just feel like listening (otherwise you could just throw on Eno's Music for Airports or something).
