Comment:

2. Ahh, the grungie 90s, one of the intensely formative decades (or 2-3 year period) in music for me. Admittedly this volume is a bit more "condensed" and with less variety than the other 2. In part this is because I have since lost/loaned out/pawned a few handfuls of CDs and EPs from this time (Rollins Band, Ministry, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Tool's Opiate EP, Primus, various past veterans of the Lollapaloozas, etc...hinting at possible trades again) I also tapered off looking and listening for new things punk-wise and started devoting more time and money into more blues, jazz, singer-songwriter type stuff, then some tango, etc. I still think there are some lost years to be found between this volume and the next....so who knows, maybe there's a volume 2 1/2 in store?
