I had a lot of fun making this. I leaned heavy on "Pretty In Pink" because it's really the only Hughes-related soundtrack that still stands up on it's own as a great CD. I left out some pretty kick ass songs from Emmylous Harris and Steve Earle from "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" because I wanted to stick with his teen-oriented films, although I guess "Vacation" doesn't really fit in that category. But it has Anthony Michael Hall in it so...
