some great stuff here (George Jones, Byrds, Who, Laura Nyro, Cockney rebel, Steely Dan and FBB) some "weird" stuff to (ELP and Yes)

i could say crap but i prefer that i don't understand them ;)
that's what mixes are all about, man. if you listen to a yes tune stripped of its original context & mixed in among more "acceptable" performers, it suddenly doesn't sound half bad.
a really late answer, you're absolutely right, just see Almost famous soundtrack, everything fits in fine even a yes tune
