Comment:
alright, so this is mainly a soft-rock with some country spices mixed in sorta mix. i've gone through a lot of friendships with girls that always seem to be just that. i cherish these f-ships but never can i go the next mile. also sometimes these friendships fade away unfortunately when they find their "GUY" or when they just dont seem to make any effort... leave some comments pleaseFeedback:
hey sounds cool! I'm not a big fan of soft rock but I like Aimee Mann, Jack Johnson, Fountains of Wayne, Blessid Union...and I love that Mr. Big song! =)
hiya! okay, so you asked for feedback right? :) here it is....I love the fleetwood mac, aimee mann, train, and beach boys tracks. I love ben harper, OK GO, eels and our lady peace but have not heard those particular songs. I can't say I'm a big fan of garth brooks or vertical horizon but....you know, to each their own right? you've got some great songs on here. I personally love the OK GO song "Get Over It". this is a nice start though!
A really great mix, I hadn't even heard of about half of these songs but since the once I did know I liked, I tied to search out those I hadn't heard yet and they've all been excellent so far.
hi again :) I got the OK Go CD today and I agree with you that "There's A Fire" is wonderful, and I think the CD gets better and better as it progresses. and it is a very "clappy" band you're right. sometimes that gets annoying. but whatever. it's all good!
Gotta love Bowling for Soup. And OK Go is a personal favorite right now, because I don't have to skip anything on the CD (and how often can you say that??), plus they're great live. A note on the friendship thing: sometimes you just have to go for broke and push the envelope (did you like the mixed cliches there?).
