We're going to the NWA 54th Anniversary show next weekend, so I made this mix for the trip to Corpus Christi. Whereas my first Road Trip Mix was songs that everyone would know the words to...this one is just songs with a DRIVING BEAT. It starts with a folky/jam-band feel, and gradually builds to a harder/more distorted sound. My thinking is that when first starting on a road trip, there will be lots of conversation and the music will just be for the background, but once on the road, the harder LOUDER stuff will help stay awake!
