Comment:
it's all about how people like shitty movies. i'd like to see what you all consider a good film. so yeah, you have to tell me. ha, guilty pleasures galore. guilty pleasures and "what the fucks?" galore. fuck. i'm sorry.Feedback:
mc solaar is awesome... my guilty pleasure? my taste rocks so i have none...
the goonies used to be my guilty pleasure until like a couple years back when it suddenly was hailed as BEST FILM EVER. i love it still. great movie. ummm my guilty pleasure has got to be gummo though. i feel so bad watching it, yet it's so so so good. fuckin rabbit. ps: nice mix. :)
Resevoir Dogs, best movie ever...Showgirls, so bad even hardcore nudity couldn't save it
the movies themselves don't have to be guilty pleasures per se. just what you consider a good movie, whether it has cred or not.
Kimble - love it. Favorite movie? This week, let's say Dogtown and Z-boys.
My favorite movie of all time is Faster Pussycat Kill Kill. Other faves are Dr. Strangelove, the dark humor of Dawn Of The Dead and The Girl Can't Help It to name but a few. Guilty pleasures would be...the list is endless.
I don't know why, but I love this movie called The Girl Most Likely To with Stockard Channing (Rizzo from Grease). It's this ugly duckling kind of story. At the beginning she's a plain, frumpy college girl and people don't treat her very well. Then she loses weight and gets a make-over so no one recognizes her. She goes back and kills all the people who were nasty to her- her ex-fiance who was cheating on her, a sorority girl who used to make fun of her and a few other people. It's so bad, but I love it.
american beauty. best movie ever.
i would disagree on that count...it's a good film, but best movie ever? no, sir. in my HUMBLE opinion at least. i am humble.
Your mixes are degenerating into wackiness dude. Hooray! I've always been a big fan of "Groundhog's Day"
Mon film prTfTrT est "amour parmi les cailloux" par Mario Luigi Fracotti. C'est le conte de 5 femmes tout cherchTes pour le mariage par le mOme homme et leurs aventures collectives. Beau a l'extrTmitT.
the film Francesca was talking about is a good one. I saw it years ago and had been thinking about it recently. It's not my favourite though. I love Pulp Fiction, One flew over the cuckoos nest, godfather 1 & 2, and the dollar westerns.
Oh dude! I just noticed the Agent Orange song, it is really tight. That whole album is pretty darn good!
PS: Taft's Brigade cover art is on it's way.

oh man.. for favorite flick, i'd have to say 'True Romance', but maybe the BEST movie i've seen is 'The Razor's Edge'. guilty pleasures are 'wet hot american summer' and 'fear of a black hat', among many others. and of course this is another ridiculously interesting mix. by the way, what about your favorite movie?
Have you heard LIARS, Oh Poser Boy? I think they'd be right up your alley. I'm quite fond of that Stooges cover, and you've got one of my favorite Beatles songs. Meanwhile, my favorite movies are, for this hour: My Life As A Dog, Amelie, The Royal Tenenbaums, Say Anything, Ponette, Velvet Goldmine, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, George Washington, and Video Girl Ai. Only about half of those are "good films", but the other half make me happier anyway.
i've never heard them, but for some reason i know how the band formed and what they sound like and stuff like that. still never actually heard it.
no, not easy at all, you master of war.
but im gonna guess 'john, im only dancing', perhaps 'watch tha man'.

I just saw "Bowling for Columbine" its REALLY good. It gave me more reason to believe that the U.S. is a funny place. I'm in Canada. Fan-dam-tastic mix!!
Or perhaps, we as Canadians, are just boring people.
