Comment:

Well...side A collects recent favs, most of which have a mellow loungey vibe, the kind of stuff they would play at the Plastic Imperial Lounge, if there were such a place in my neighborhood. Side B is an 80s homage, some favorites, as well as a few choice covers. The Skinny Tie is the place I'm sure I would've hung out in 1984 had I been just a few years older and a whole lot hipper. Instead I was in my parachute pants at the roller rink. The Bugaloos appear just for the heck of it.
