for my friend lindsay whom i love dearly, but listens to way too much of what i classify as "pussy rock" (leaders of this genre include david gray, john mayer, and vanessa carlton). she likes nirvana a lot, so there are some bands along those lines here. hopefully this will help her.Feedback:

hah, art star was my first choice but i have it some mix cd that i can't find.. all i could find was mystery girl. as far as the weezer business.. it's WAY harder than what she listens to now. even if it has emo lyrics, as long as it has loud crashing guitars then it's... not pussy.
Well, this mix just screams my name. I mean, heck I have 90% of these songs on some cd or another. And those bands that jeff mentioned are NOT pussy rock, at least not by the definition velouria gave. Lovely mix.

thursday? pussy rock? have you even heard them, fritz? it's far from john mayer and the likes - check out paris in flames or porcelain - two songs that should help change your mind. concealer is definitely one of the least pussy rock songs on this mix, which by the way, velouria, is awesome! props for throwing at the drive in on there! nice mix! and fritz, i dont mean to be rude, but thursday is anything but pussy.
