Contrary to popular thought, I don't just throw "Mistress" on any ol' tape, looking for cheap praise. I've informally retired the song, which naturally means it'll turn up on the next mix. As for the rest of this mix, it's a beloved moldy oldie. Pulverizing and brutal like the Riverside Cyclone.:o (Look it up, you non-roller coaster fans) Even the odd quiet songs have creepy or anthemic qualities. At my funeral, I hope they play "Darlin' One".;) Oh, and this tape is named after the Space Needle.
