Nicely done. I made a similar effort awhile back, though mine was more of a straightforward, selective run through Tweedy's days in Uncle Tupelo up through the present, including the Golden Smog and Billy Bragg detours. I like how you've mixed in some of the live stuff (much of which, at least in the Bennett days, was superiod to the studio work).

I may want to trade you for these Wilco discs, if you feel the urge...

i fully agree, pop- about the Bennet days live... absolutley astouding.. this was a great way to get a couple friends into the diversity of Wilco. So many people pigeonhole them, and I suppose, i DO understand why.. but this was a mix that wasnt as straightforward... thanks for the comments. And Rob-- We can trade!

Sounds good. I'm pretty behind at the moment, but stay in touch (it was good to see your e-mail today) and we'll work something out. I'd be surprised if we hadn't crossed paths yet.

I'll e-mail you with directions. Also, try the Squirrel Hill Cafe in Squirrel Hill, the Sharp Edge and Kelly's in East Liberty, and Chioto's (sp?) in Homestead for quiet beers.
