Tormented by his errant promise to a rilly nifty gal that he would, in her words, "put only good stuff" on her tape (tho in fact he had to stop just short of BEGGING AND PLEADING to obtain permission to make her a mix b/c he is usually infinitely more enthusiastic about making mixes for people than they are about receiving them) our hero panics and resorts to a sort of mis-match "representative tunes galore" happening, throwing all caution to the wind and surely offending every last hipster on AOTM who ever used the phrase " a good segue." Jarring errors grow rampant - witness switch b/t/w princess superstars whitegirl pornofunk to earnest englishmaness with billy yer socialist uncle - and an internationally unknown swedish pop superstar gets his spot of glory. Also tepid/cliched song selections. Whack. But oddly pleasurable when he commemorates.
