Comment:

For Mart(h)a Gomez, after much passed time. Yes, I still have to send long-since-compiled custom mixes to Lakespeed and Kathleen Gallagher, along with various mixes to the Misfit, DJ Hoover, buglady and lo-fi jr (I haven't forgotten). Thanks to Sean for "Vegetable Man" and to Jen for Lloyd Cole, Thrill Kill Kult, and Rhett Miller. Title from the Soft Boys track; subtitle from the Thrill Kill Kult track.

Interesting. I really like that Lloyd Cole song, and of course, the 'meow meow' Boogiemansmash song.

rob is the king of curveball, mixwise. i wouldn't have expected thrill kill cult either, but those sorts of things make his work phenomenal...

Thrill Kill Kult? Once again, another band I hate that now must be reconsidered after appearing on a Conroy mix. No prob with the rest of this. My fave PiL tune, too!

I'll add my name to the list of admirers of this mix. I too was a bit surprised to see My Life With A Throat Cold (that's what we used to call them at my college radio station) on one of your mixes, but somehow it makes me respect you even more.
