Comment:
This is a mix of some favs from the late sixties era, guess what the Donovan lyrics about;) The last track with Peanut butter conspiracy is some ironi to the era i think, maybe not, I don't know! The swedish television sent a documentary about The Band's Brown album yesterday, great album! Some of The Band members recorded an album with Muddy Waters in 1975 called "The Woodstock album", I think It's a nice title of this mix! Have a nice weekend folks:-DFeedback:
Looks good Mike.
great stuff from the era. Love and Spirit are my faves.
This is nice. I like that you picked deeper cuts, rather than the obvious choices.
Spirit, Love, KAK, Kaleidoscope, the Peanut Butter Conspiracy..! Great stuff Mike.., and I echo all previous comments, esp. Jana's...
Excellent Mike, lots of my favourite bands & tracks here.
long live the happy hippy! and i LOVE "stone country" and wonderful "oriental sunshine" THANKS!!!
great picks. not just the most well-known songs, which would have been lame. you picked some good ones.
This looks stellar MPS. Some great selections. Not many people know this, but I was the baby born at Woodstock.
Fantastic. Let's trade.
Very nice. Do I *really* have to say what the Donovan track is about, or was that hypothetical? ;-)
what everybody says, maaaaaaaaan. My favourite era in music, I think. Great choices and we'll have to trade again soon!
Yeah, great selection of classics and shoulda-beens.
Many Thanks Folks! I'm very happy for the comments on this mix, I really love this era! Ion: Very cool!!!!!!Ooooh Gerry-boy, Let's trade! Misfit: TRADE!!!!
