I made this for a student of mine who's a metal DJ, in exchange for a CD of her favorite metal artists (a genre I'm rather wary of, but I requested this, to see if I'd like her idea of the good stuff. Her CD isn't done yet, so I can't report back...). She wanted to know what sorts of things I listen to, so this CD is a sort of representation of the stuff I've listened to most over the last several years - thus the presence of several of my mix perennials.
