Comment:
A glimpse into my beautiful, screwed-up life: An on-again, off-again pseudo-relationship that's such a rollercoaster ride that we break up on a regular basis, but before each break-up mix has even had time to cool, we're back together again. Could these mini-breakups be subconsciously precipitated by my love of emotionally-charged music mixes? Wow, that's warped -- in a lovely kind of way. AOTM as therapy. Woo-hoo.Feedback:
Another note: my favroite tracks on here (today, anyway) are of course the Bright Eyes "Still Be Friends" (it kills me!) and what i like to call the "happy stalker" song -- Steve Earle's "More Than I Can Do" which says "just because you won't unlock your door, that don't mean you don't love me anymore."
hi.
L.M. have you heard "valentine's day"? (steve earle) excellent mixing, by the by...you and shoegazing dave are too cute.
Funny you ask. I heard that album (El Corazon?)for the first time yesterday. I liked that song, but not the album as a whole that much. I much prefer "I Feel Alright" and "Guitar Town." Dave and I *do* need to get a pretend room (that was funny). It's interesting...I've got a pretend-boyfriend and a real not-boyfriend (see above). Like I said, my life is screwed up. But I like it that way. :)
i much prefer the pretend-girlfriend to no girlfriend at all.. although i must be honest, the pretend-sex blows worse than no sex at all, cos its like a tease :) also, jr- valtines day is fucking brilliant.
