Comment:

(First title/artist is the source of the vocal, the second title/artist is the source of the background music; if there was an "official" title of the bootleg, I tried to include it to help others hunt down the tracks online)...

This is collection of bootleg tracks with hip-hop and dance-pop vocals placed over rock instrumentals or cut-ups. There were only a couple of rock tracks I couldn't place, which is pretty good for me, considering I don't know too much about that genre post-1995.
