My mom and I were in the car on day, listening to a mix tape that I had made with the Rufus Wainwright song on it, and she fell in love with it because it's so damn pretty. So, for Hanukkah, I decided to make her a tape of the prettiest songs that I could think of; I tried to keep it limited to bands that she hadn't heard of. But making a pretty-songs mix without Simon and Garfunkel is impossible.
