Comment:
possibly the most fun mix I've done in weeks.for reference, for hearing clearly:
back-porch string elegy + guitar-rock mini-epiphany + caterwauling lo-fi acoustic love hymn + minor keys hovering over the waters + woozy-strummed lullabye + soft-screaming wall of guitar + deadpan campfire singalong slash Love parody outro + parade with scaling guitars + echoing 4/4 waltz duet + chiming resigned pop + cello/guitar face-off + Jamaican ska ode + wintry piano regret + down-home skiffle chant-a-long + stuttering strident post-punk + head-bobbing glitch/ambient monster + brass lullabye buried under glitch attire + anthemic jilted-wife Motown + noodling shrugging jeremaid + ringing dream pop + calmly deployed guitar sermon + rock 'n' roll with the confidence of rap
maybe that helps.
Feedback:
Thats a great mix-- love the descriptions & artwork. Always great to start off with something like "Motherless Bastard."
...Scully?
I wish I could say. All signs point to no.
the mix looks awesome. the picture looks terrifying.
Again, I have nothing here you use except Band of Gold on an old compilation, and a Joni Mitchell CD. Our collections must intersect somewhere,eh? I feel very left out of society not having a rudimentary knowledge of Pavement. We ought to do a trade sometime.
okokok. a goodun
