Good mix...but I wouldn't say those are indie bands. Radiohead...Jimmy Eat World...Pearl Jam...?
I don't want to make you feel old or anything (hell, I'm rapidly approaching 40 myself), but a fair number of the songs you recall as being "of the last decade" came out 20 years ago. Ugh!
never say anything's indie. you'll always get a bunch of assholes, who forget that old british shit is pretty much the original inependently released good music, jumping all over your case.
