Comment:
This "mix" was a 3 hour impromtu radio set put together by three apprentice djs when the scheduled dj failed to show. In addition to being a huge FCC violation it is an incredably diverse mix. Post-punk/new wave influences, experimental/post-rock influences, and pop/electronic influences curtesy of Kurt Ned and Dave respectively. Red House Painters, Faust, and Can were called in requests, and Stereolab was played in tribute to the late great Mary Hansen.Feedback:
i'd liked to have heard this! brilliant.
Wow!
The actual making of this mix (a concrete tape or CD) is proving a mammoth task. Yipes.
Mary Hansen R.I.P. Your set list is stunning.
Looks like a fabulous set list. Wish commercial radio played more stuff like this.
