Comment:

American 60s groups. Many of the songs here is all-time favs in their originals. Actually some of the cover versions here is favs too...esp Chocolate Watch Band, Blue Things and the LOVELY Flat Earth Society version of the Pickett/Cropper "In the midnight hour", It's a very slow thing, sounds like Velvet Underground on their 3rd album. Tha last tune here is Bohemian Vendetta, their version of Jagger/Richards "Satisfaction" is really weird, very fuzzy and freak out psychedelic guitars and much slower than the original, sounds like they smoke a lot of hashish before recorded it:-D

Hidden underside of the pops? Very intriguing -- almost all unknowns to me
but all versions I'd like to hear.

Looks fantastic MPS. Haven't heard much of it, except for the Lord Sitar and a couple others. I think that just about covers it.

Boss sounds, Mike. I really like that Chocolate Watchband cover too. You likely don't need to be told about The Nomad's great version. My introduction to that tune actually.
