Comment:
I tried to offer up a diverse mix of female vocalists without straying into Lilith Fair territory. I also tried to avoid some of the more obvious picks, going for some of the tracks by these artists I haven't put on other mixes.Feedback:
Nice one popkulcher.
I like this a lot. Very well done.
Hey! You're cutting into my territory! ;) Seriously, this looks great! I'm familiar with everything on here, with the exception of a couple songs. Especially fond of your Look Blue Go Purple, Dressy Bessy, Blake Babies and Aislers Set selections. Other than Liz Phair, I'm really not that much of a fan of the artists affiliated with the Lilith Fair crowd.
Lotsa great picks. Love the K. McCarty, Barbara Manning, Yo La Tengo, Sleater-Kinney and Sugarcubes cuts especially.
This is absolutely great!
Good stuff here! Haven't heard that Curve song in quite some time. Must find it again :)
Awesome. And you named it after a fave Fellows song!
Yep -- that's the intro ("Hey, everybody, the girrrrrls are here!").
