Comment:
This is the first in a group of mixes made for a trade with boogichild. This once is mostly fun, wiggly, cowboy-esque songs with a particular emphasis on songs concerning chickens (as promised). The title is bastardized from the last Erin McKeown song and the picture is Timer from Time for Timer fame (I hanka for a hunka cheese, Yahoo!)
Feedback:
Roy Rogers meets Holly Golightly meets Southern Culture on the Skids -- excellent mix-mash!! Cowboyesque doo-wacka-doo!
hee! love the cover and the erin mckeown songs.
nice...looks like fun
Great cover, and nice selection of SCOTS tunes. Plus the c-h-i-c-k-e-n song... from the Ghost World soundtrack? Or a different version? Either way this looks like a fun mix.
hey hey, his mix is fun-tastic!!
I love this thing! "I'm An Old Cowhand" takes me back to kindergarten (as does that cover). "Doo-Wacka-Doo" is a must have, love all the chicken songs of course, and I like all the new stuff too (esp the very first song). Awesome! Thanks!
