i had been asked about making tapes for people for christmas. i guess it was assumed that my music taste and ability to make a mix was better than my financial record, so a few requests were made for tapes rather than standard gifts. i like the mix tape as a gift, especially from a close friend, because it takes a lot of time to put together and a good mix is better than a lackluster present. so this tape is a present and i guess i dig it. i hope she does too. the only problem i have with this is that the lyrics on some songs don't properly represent the relationship that i share with who gets this tape. i guess i wasn't concerned as much with the lyrics since the ones that i didn't think about are perhaps the most indecipherable. but anyway, i like the way it flows, for the most part.
