Comment:

so i have this friend who has been begging me for a mixtape for a while. i guess i've never made one for her, while i've made them for a lot of other people. so i finally decided that i'd make one while i had a few others to make. i think this came out really well. i liked starting with "ready steady go" and going into the simplicity of "lazy confessions." as with all my tapes, i don't really study the lyrics to make sure that they are representational of the relationship i hold with the bearer. sure, there are a few songs on every tape that have lyrics that you meant to put on the tape, but i usually make better tapes when i'm relying solely on sounds. but because of the odd relationship i have with this girl, some songs are relevant to my feelings for her. i think it's rather obvious which ones they are and if you knew the two of us, you'd know which ones are meant to be heard instead of just listened to. but i think it was done well.
