Comment:

Yet another road trippin' mix. I've got a request for all you dedicated AOTM trainspotters. I'd like to put together a mix of funny, bitter and cynical relationship-oriented songs, but I'm running short of material. So far, all I've got is "Where In The Hell Did You Go With My Toothbrush?" by Reverend Horton Heat, "Turn off the Living Room Light" by The Kinks, and "Amplifier" by The dB's. I'm sure I've got more in my own collection (which is, unfortunately for me, currently in Ithaca, NY, while I'm in Lexington, KY), but I'd love some suggestions (and even submissions if you feel like emailing files) for additional tracks (from any genre). I know Nilsson is a good place to start (especially the track I think is called "You're Breakin' My Heart," which has the following chorus: "you're breakin' my heart/you're tearin' it apart/so fuck you"). Thanks in advance for your help!

Any mix titled "Calling All Destroyers" should have at least one track from Destroyer on it.

Looks good Mr. Jetson. "Respectable" by the Rolling Stones comes to mind as a bitter relationship-oriented song. Others? "Goodbye To You" by Scandal and "Ramble On" by Led Zeppelin. That song that Lush did with Jarvis Cocker (sorry, the name escapes me) is also a very funny break-up song.
