Comment:

110 min. Another eclectic / idiosyncratic 'party mix' that has some method behind its madness; songs using samples are combined with their sources (Super Furry Animals and Steely Dan; Liquid Liquid and the West Side Mob) as well as some truly 'separated at birth' moments (could Hanson have known their hook was found in an earlier Terrorvision song? Do the Nazz sound like they're mocking the earnest good times offered by Archie Bell & the Drells?). Cover stars: Jimmy Swaggart and Screamin' Jay Hawkins. Companion volume to Party at Paul's House, Volume One: Tighter Than Leather Pants on a Rock Star.
