My apologies to Joan Jett for usurping her title. A real high-energy effort that began as an overview of late 70's punk and new wave. As usual, I strayed from the point and a few faves from other genres made the cut. A shoo-in for road trips. The Primitives are a favorite who don't get much play in my mixtures; I'm usually too busy listening to their albums.Feedback:
I'm not too familiar with the earlier material, but I just had to give you kudos for the Screaming Trees track. I had forgotten how good it was. Cheers.
Nice little mix ya got here. Especially the Tracey Ullman song (which is a cover of Kirsty MacColl). I love both versions, but Tracey's use of the bells is great.
