I finally finished my first mix tape. It took me all day yesterday. I don't think it's exactly life-alteringly good, but at least it doesn't suck. Maybe he won't like it. He better like it. It took me forever.

Flagpole Sitta, Buddy Holly, and the original Video Killed the Radio Star? You have the foundation for a good mix here. Good bands, good choices. I'd definitely say this doesn't suck! It's a good first mix tape. They get easier to make... then the hard part becomes fitting all the songs you want on a single tape or CD...

wow, your cover is so nice! do you mind if I use it for one of my next tapes?

i guess the mix is ok for people who likes that kind of music...I only like spiritualized, the strokes and coldplay of all your choices...
