Comment:
My first single artist mix, funny because he's hardly my favorite singer ever, but now of course I love him with ridiculous passion after staying up all night selecting and ordering. Made one each as gifts for my mom and dad (though then it was simply "Steal My Records"). Since then I carry one copy with me always and try to convert the people I pass, but country covered music doesn't get a lotta love in the Caribbean. Except in St. Lucia.Feedback:
Cool mix. Not all of these are favorites of mine, but there are plenty of good picks... plus I think all of his songs are at least passable.
Note: "Carolina," one of my favorite tunes, was omitted because I put it on a mix for my mother a few years ago (since she likes Ms. Harris.) Seperate Whiskeytown and live mixes will follow...
nice mix!
Note: These aren't necessarily my favorite's either, just the ones I thought my parents would appreciate. My mom said she liked him, but preferred the David Gray disc I gave her fro Christmas a few years ago. That's actually what she ahs said about every bit of music I've given her since that damn Brit:( If I really loved her I'd make her a live CD of his for St. Patrick's Day, but I can't see it being as fun as this was.
