I made this cd for a friend of mine with the claim that she would not be able to stay awake until the end. I definitely wouldnt reccomend the operation of any heavy machinery while listening to this one.

Gotta have some Stars of the Lid on a sleep mix. I used to rock my son to sleep while listening to their first CD. Sheila Chandra & Roy Montgomery worked nicely as well.
