alternate title from the hot water music song - scars, miles and memories. this mix gets to be not so punk towards the end but then, so have i. all of these songs were at one time my favorite songs for very important reasons, but now they feel not so close to meFeedback:
Good theme throughout that really hits home. It's funny though how we need a mix like this to help define ourselves. Oh, and don't worry, we'll never be as punk as we used to be, or used to think we were, right?
this mix deals with a lot of stuff i studied in my postmodern film class. punk rock used to be about rebellion as a means of social change but now but now, punk is more about identity, which in a way is rebellion itself as a result of living in a postmodern society where images are so overwhelming.
