mix made for a project where the goal was to collect mix tapes from all the states. if i could play my vinyl, the mix would be very different. i picked bands that were an essential part of my high school years and those of which i felt were really L.A.....at least to me! I've actually seen most of in concert except for Beck, i saw him at the supermarket once...oh and i never got to see the Monkees but Mickey Dolenz did go to my high school...:)
