Comment:
Volume two of my two-part Fall compilation, which ends with the expiration of their tenure with Rough Trade in 1983.Feedback:
Excellent Rob.
I just love The Fall, though I have to say that Mark E. Smith comes off as a real ass. I remember getting into an argument with a friend over whether it was proper to refer to Pavement as "A Fall Cover band" or as "A The Fall Cover band". Never did figure that out.
like i think i've said before, i like the fall in small doses, such as a mix like this, which i could probably handle. and yes, rob, you do owe me an email. and fyi, i'm much better off (at least not as down and out) than i was a month or so ago, when i wrote to you last (thank christ for that).
The stuff I know looks great. (I've not listened to a great deal of The Fall until recently). I might need a copy of this, good sir.
Looks interesting....I'm not so familiar with this group so i think i want you 2 volumes in our 2005-trade;-)
