I've been buying these (beyond essential) Fela reissues. Now they're coming out domestically. I hate when that happens! If you read the exhaustive story of this world music giant in lasts months issue of MEAN & would like to hear this, E-mail me for a trade. Also, if anyone has heard Femi Kuti's CD (son of Fela) let me know how it is.Feedback:
I would like to trade for this tape. If you haven't heard already Femi Kuti's new CD is excellent and he is sooooo much better in concert! I haven't heard much of Fela Kuti's music so this would be perfect.
I always enjoyed this in CD form. A great primer.
