Comment:
Laufi wanted a Monkees mix, so here it is. It's always hard for me to make a single artist mix, because I don't want to leave anything out, but hopefully, this is a good introduction.Feedback:
Really nice! The Monkees fu*$#n rock--I don't care what anyone sez. Nesmith's a friggin' genuis. I hate it when people do this tome, but you missed ONE essential: St. Matthew. The cream of Nesmith's psychadeli-country phase. Good stuff. Happy B-day to Peter Tork today, too. Nice work!
i would've included that and a *lot* more if i had more space. :) and yeah, it is peter tork day today. when i was single, i used to celebrate that instead of valentine's day. thanks for the comments!
awesome!!!! the monkees do rock. i can't think of anything you missed. well, except maybe for "stepping stone."
yeah, i didn't wanna leave that one out, either, but i thought 3 micky songs from more of the monkees was probably enough. :)
I have no idea why I like the Monkees so much. I feel it goes against most of my sensibilities, but there it is. Nice to see a Monkees mix. Great track to end on. :-)
