All the songs were featured in automotive commercials over the past few years. I made this after someone suggested that for our road trip, I whip out a CD of nothing but car commercial songs, and I got a nice amount of quality songs from them!Feedback:

whomever is in charge of picking the music for volkswagon's commercials has grown increasingly aware of all the good music out there. nick cave, spiritualized...i can go on.
if this was my mix i only would have added the "air" track, also found in the virgin suicides soundtrack.

Nice choices! I was recently working on a mix of car commercial songs too, but I didn't finish it. I recommend "Invisible Pedestrian" by Bent, "Chanty" by Son Volt," and, of course, "What Do I Get?" by Buzzcocks. Sorry, but I can't remember which cars these commercials were for.
