Excellent mix. I think that They Might Be Giants' "New York City" would've been the icing on the cake.
"Christmas in New York" by No Use For a Name would also be a good addition.

There's also the fact that each & every song here has a special thing for a special area. It STILL pisses me off, though, that Bono calls it "Alphaville" when everyone KNOWS it's Alphabet City.

Elliott Smith has a great song called "Alphabet City" and he sings about the city on "Good to Go" too. That Naess song is terrific, by the way. Did you use the original version or the hidden track version?
The original. Separating the acoustic from the rest of the track wasn't worth the effort.
