There's 2 sites on the internet where I spend a lot of time. AOTM of course, and www.simdynasty.com . SimDynasty is an online fantasy baseball simulation based in the 50's, before the days of free agency and huge money corrupted the beauty of the game. I've been playing it for well over a year now and it's a ton of fun. I have teams in 2 leagues, one of the regular dynasty leagues as well as the Beta test league. When the Beta league had to restart after 12 seasons I dropped my original format of using old school Negro league names and changed to a more funky concept. Not all these names are from New York of course, and not all of them are true FUNK artists, but heck, it's my team and I can call them what I want!
Track 2-9 is the regular lineup in batting order, tracks 10-12 are the subs who see the most playing time.
Tracks 13-20 are the core group of pitchers and track 21 is self-explanatory!
Track 1 - Influenced as well by the 1st season DVD of the Jeffersons, I chose to name George as my team manager and when I drafted a great young pitcher changed his name to Lionel.
Track 2 - Ray 'Hard Hands' Barretto does make a few errors at 3B but his bat more than makes up for it.
Track 4 - Perfect track title for a CF! The sub title is relevant as well as I had previously lost 3 World Series in the old Beta league.
Track 13 - In my head I can hear "I Gotcha" playing whenever Joe K's an opponent.
Track 14 - Sylvester Stewart is Sly Stone's real name.

Check out the site if you're a baseball fan. It's a lot of fun. I think that new seasons are starting next week so now is actually a really good time to sign up. Single season leagues are free, good way to get a feel for the game. Dynasty Leagues aren't expensive at all either, something like $7.95/season.
