Indie pop list trade tape for richard MArch 2003.look, some of my favourites and some from the popgun tapes.
i spent like three hours on it.
it's perfect because red sleeping beauty -and- the shermans are on it.
casio ashtrays, smitten kitten lil hospital = LOVE.
Feedback:
Some excellent stuff. Always good to see the Fat Tulips, as well as Red Sleeping Beauty and the All Girl Summer Fun Band
I could drown in this sticky poplove.
bless those who put dear nora on mixtapes.
I make mostly CD mixes these days, probably because i don't have a good tape player, but then i see mixes like this and i know that indiepop (or indie rock or whatever you want to call it) should really be compiled on tapes. it sounds the best, especially when you're mixing up songs that come from both cds and 7"s (as i assume this tape was made). Once I get a decent enough job and I have some money, i will get a bangin' system and start making mix tapes again. swear to god.
