Comment:

this is a dual purpose mix, serving as a birthday gift for a friend and a celebration of leaving the university of massachusetts-amherst (or as i like to refer to it, the unofficial fifth sphere of hell). i would like to thank the pixies for their wonderful summation of the umass experience.

the songs here are about moving on and/or playing music in some way or another, as i'm sure graduation will put an end to the band i'm playing in at the moment. the guilty pleasure here is "flagpole sitta."

presently, i have the possibility of world war three and the worst economic downturn in decades to look forward to. i'll be in bed, dreaming about high school, the clintonian era of good feelings, and being able to play music for a living.

Harvey Danger is no guilty pleasure. You're absolved.
