Comment:
I love covers. especially really cool interpretations of the original. I really must find a better version of rhinestone cowboy. it's of iffy origin, but had to be here. i had rorschach test covering berlin's sex but didn't want to duplicate original artists. it was tough but I chose system's cover of metro.Feedback:
I'm also a fan of covers, but I see our tastes in cover artists diverges a bit. Anthrax covered "London"? Gosh. And here I thought Anthrax's cover history stopped at "Got the Time" and "Bring the Noise".
aww, this is cool! i haven't heard that chevelle cover or the toadies or most of it for that matter. nice work.
Interesting!! I'm especially intrigued by the Type O Negative cover of Sarah, and the KMFDM of Madonna. How are those?
Anthrax covering the Smiths!? You're making that up, right? ;)
ummmm, some of these I don't want to even FATHOM what they sound like. oi! and I second Ion's comment. how whacky. *hugs*
Toadies covering the Pixies is stellar... and most of their own songs on the live album hold up to that one too.
