This is made as an introcduction of sorts hitting many of the main gothic and darkwave bands that are out there. Starts of slow and moody and works through electro-goth. The 20/20 mix of Leave me alone is really powerful when hearing the news media's mis-understandings of the gothic community. The second side is primarily highlighting female led darkwave bands. First cassette mix I have made in some time,just hope she likes it as much as I didFeedback:

wallflower is an EXCELLENT song (just a standout, i like many others)...why so much lestat and so little true ethereal? there ought to be some projekt representation - oops, just noticed this ascension, well done you! how about some siouxsie, london after midnight, christian death?...

Wow... this is just. Perfect.
I have had several people ask me why I used Lestat several times on the disc. It was requested - the track Resurection is just over 2 minutes long and it uses lines from horror movies while a droning bass line plays behind it. The other 2 songs was what she wanted on the mix. As far as etherial goes , i rarely listen to it exept when needing to sleep or relax. I just didnt feel it worked on the mix. I may make a part 2 for her in the future but nothing for sure at present time
