mogwai, reindeer section, denali, radiohead, and elliott are some of my favs to sleep to (esp. under the stars)... you could use some cat power though ;)

the human heart is rather nasty looking but your mix is very good, nice reindeer section and interpol choices
I like looking at stars, also. Nice choices of music to accompany the practice, I especially love the RHP and Wilco songs.
