I like the lead-in of "It's OK (It's Alright)" to "Safety Dance"--they share similar rhythms--and the transition of Dusty Springfield to Portishead--because they are so starkly different. The #Poundsign# song is a standout. The Chet Baker, Eddie Floyd and Marvelettes come from thriftstore-purchased 45s--complete with vinyl scratchiness. Velocity Girl covers Beat Happening and UB40 covers Al Green.

The title is misleading--this is your typical 45 on each side 90 min tape--derived from an event called "20/20" in which 20 graphic designers/illustrators each have one minute to make a presentation--I cut up the program to make the tape cover.
