A mix of all the songs I've ever put on repeat to put me to sleep. Motorcycle Drive-By is a kind of fast and loud at one point, but usually by that time in the mix I'm already asleep so I don't notice. And there's a lot of Bush on here because they make really beautiful slow songs.The title refers to a phrase in the Bush song "Letting the Cable Sleep", it says silence is not the way, but clearly when it comes to sleep mixes, silence IS the way. Sweet Dreams!
