Comment:

This mix evokes very specific images for me when listening with it. I spent a long time on this mix and did several different drafts of it. I listen to all of the songs all of the way through many times to insure the feel I wanted. I have sort of thrown out, at least my normal, conventions on this mix. It starts off with an eighteen and a half minute song, but that is really what I felt for this mix. I tried to creat a sort of sonic landscape, a landscape that would feel like greys and whites and fog and mist and snow and cold and storm and quiet. I don't know if anyone else will appreciate this mix, seeing as how I have made it so specific to what I felt for it. However it was incredibly foggy and misty tonight and I was listening to this mix and it felt right. Anyway please comment if you think of anything to say\\\\\\\\

And if anyone is thrown by the Ugly Casonova Song it's a 20 second ambient noise track. It just helped the flow. I mention this because looking at it, it seems out of place without that info\\\\\\\

It's hard for me to comment on how well the mix works as a whole since I'm not familiar with a lot of the tracks, but from what I recognize, I can really pick up the tone you seem to be going for. I sometimes try to make my mixes convey a specific mood that I'm in too. I think it's the most organic way to go about it, very demanding, but the results can be really seamless. Keep up the good work!

Peter would like to know 1) the names of yr songs and 2) if he could get a copy of the EP w/ transitions intact. wait...I had a grand realization. he should just buy the darn EP. but 1) still applies, if you can. thanks!

They are still untitled and the transitions are intact on your CD I thought, and he can just wait to buy it.

i will pass that along. the CD is going over smashingly in the apartment. the transitions are a bit off. but it is no concern.
