i saw Beck in sydney recently. he's a damn good performer. my friend and i were afraid he wasn't going to get funky, as beautiful as seachange is. but he certainly did get funky. he's just about the cutest dancer i've ever seen. to quote the review i read in the drum: "like an ageless gnome."
